We are currently seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative for our Santa Ana, CA office. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for building client relationships and providing tailored solutions, we encourage you to apply.Job Functions:Prospect via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referralsFollow up on direct mail campaignsSet sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companiesEstablish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cyclePartner with clients to establish their needsPresent clients with the most appropriate solutionsAssemble proposals and reports for clientsSubmit all contacts and documentation in a timely mannerMaintain all sales activity in the Tecta CRM programFollow up with clients on a periodic basis to ensure that their expectations are being met and to get referralsWork with Service Manager to understand where/how to generate additional leads and referralsCoordinate with service manager to develop sales strategies and, when necessary, to close dealsManage the service projects won through your efforts.Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Demonstrated success in sales and a strong record of achievement and results.Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations.3 years sales experience in roofing, construction or a related field preferred (Not required)Ability to manage/qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone.Excellent track record in developing relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust.Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills.High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to climb ladders and walk/inspect roofs.Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle.Ability to travel locally out of the office 80% of the time.Tecta America Southern California Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc.
