What You’ll Do as Floor Manager As the Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining Siena’s reputation for exceptional service and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere. Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication and service flow. Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to optimize the dining experience. Upholding Siena’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Handling guest feedback with professionalism and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. Supporting staff training and development to maintain a high‑performing team. Greeting and touching tables. Assisting during rushes. Running food and drinks. Helping hosts or servers. Jumping behind the bar if needed. Occasionally taking a section when understaffed. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism. Weekly pay $500-700.
