Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that accommodate specific needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to support individuals, couples, and groups.

• Document clinical interactions in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome new team members to our supportive environment.
