Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $18-21

ONSITE ROLE
M-F, 8-5

Roles / Responsibilities
* Data management and Account Receivable Support
* Job management
* Warranty Support (Registration & Cost Recovery/Claiming)
* Procurement Support:

• Parts orders
• Purchase Orders creation

* Executing Credit memo, Invoice Cancellation and/or Cost Transfers

Experience / Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or a service organization.
* Knowledge/understanding of SalesForce.com (preferred but not required)
* Knowledge/understanding of SAP S4-Hana (preferred but not required)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers at all organizational levels.
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
* Ability to work without close supervision.
* Excellent time management skills
* Able to multitask or manage multiple competing priorities successfully.
* Ability to follow and execute processes based on Standard Work Instructions

Education Requirements
* High school diploma (required)
* BA degree with years 3+ years of prior shared service administrative support experience
* Bachelor's degree with years 1+ years relevant work experience (preferred but not required)
