salary: $60 - 72 per hour
work hours: 11pm to 8am
education: Associates

responsibilities:

Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to site teams while facilitating robust training programs to foster an autonomous environmental, health, and safety culture.
Continuously evaluate the workplace, identify hazards, and audit against corporate safety standards to ensure strict compliance with OSHA and government regulations.
Conduct thorough risk assessments, implement risk reduction plans using WCM tools, and track objectives by managing data within corporate EH&S databases.
Actively investigate accidents and occupational diseases to determine root causes, evaluate corrective measures, and prevent future occurrences.
Lead joint EH&S committee meetings, communicate safety warnings, and provide critical risk assessments to support engineering capital projects and process implementations.
