The ideal candidate will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and within budgetCoordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are metManage project budgets, schedules, and timelines using tools such as Primavera P6 and ProcoreConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standardsFacilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendorsPrepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise and commercial constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsProficient in project management software, including Primavera P6 and ProcoreExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressureBenefitsPTOFull BenefitsGreat bonus structure
