Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

- On-call requirement: Yes, 4-5 call shifts per month


Description:
This is a dual cath/IR role.
Schedules posted in advance on the 15th of every month.
Variable days of the week, including weekends, with variable start times.
Some weeks may require covering for 8 or 10-hour shifts.
Daily caseload per technologist includes 4 Angio Suites and 2 ORs.
Special requirements include neuro interventions for stroke, coils, AVMs, and all diagnostic cerebrals.
Cardiac procedures involve STEMI, PCI, and diagnostic interventions.
Vascular procedures include run-offs, TEVAR, EVAR, and body interventions such as CVC, drains, and embolizations.
Candidates should have experience in accessing/managing ports, angioplasty, catheter/drain exchange, and central venous access.
Other skills include diagnostic catheterizations, hemodynamic monitoring, and thoracentesis.
Candidates should be comfortable with the procedures and equipment used in interventional radiology.
Must have experience with Epic charting system.
Locals are accepted, and candidates can float within scope as needed.
