The Role We’re creating a brand-new Site Administrator position for an RN‑credentialed leader who knows how to run a dynamic care environment. You’ll own the day‑to‑day operational leadership of our site - from staffing and compliance to culture and family experience - while our Site Director of Nursing leads clinical quality, patient care, and nursing oversight. What You Bring Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — non‑negotiable 5+ years of administrative or healthcare management experience Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team Strong operational instincts - budgets, scheduling, compliance, and workflow Genuine passion for pediatric care and serving medically complex children Exceptional communicator with families, staff, and external partners Good computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems. Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required.
