Our commitment to providing exceptional care, despite any challenges, goes beyond just a job; it’s a calling that drives us forward every day.**Job Overview**The Referral Coordinator position is responsible for accurate and timely data entry of referral requests into the appropriate portal. They are also responsible for follow-up on all specialty referrals and coordination of care for urgent referrals. The referral coordinator is an integral part of the care team, working as a liaison between the patient, providers, utilization management, and various departments to ensure timely access to specialty care.**Minimum Requirements*** High school diploma required.* Minimum of 4 years of experience required.* Medical Assistant certificate preferred.* Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**$25.00 - $29.32 hourly**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
