Were looking for a proven Property & Casualty sales professional who knows how to win business and build relationships the right way. As an Account Manager on our team, youll focus on growing new business through referrals, networking, and your existing local connections with the support of an award-winning agency that prioritizes coaching, mentorship, and culture. If youre well-connected in Traverse City and ready for a serious opportunity with real earning potential, wed love to talk. This role is a great fit for someone who is:
- A true P&C sales killer (confident, competitive, and results-driven)
- Well-established around Traverse City with a strong local network/center of influence
- Active in the community (golfing, volunteering, networking groups, local organizations, etc.)
- Naturally relationship-based someone people trust and want to do business with

- Drive new business growth through local networking, referrals, and outreach
- Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted insurance resource
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend the right solutions
- Follow up quickly, stay organized, and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Work alongside a team that supports performance through coaching and accountability
