Earn $800 to $1100/week cleaning homes -- no nights, no weekends
Candace Wagner Cleaning (CWC) is hiring professional cleaning technicians
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. No Evenings or Weekends
Dillsburg, PA (daily travel to homes in Dillsburg, Mechanicsburg & Harrisburg areas)

What You’ll Do (and Love Doing)

• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to deliver an experience that makes clients say “wow.”
• Turn homes into spotless, fresh-smelling sanctuaries using professional tools, products, and techniques.
• Build genuine rapport with clients who quickly become raving fans.
• Work both independently and as part of a tight-knit, supportive team.
• Continuously improve through ongoing training and feedback.
• Represent the CWC brand with pride — because we’re known for excellence, not just “cleaning.”

Who We’re Looking For

We hire for attitude and train for skill. The ideal teammate is:

• Detail-obsessed and proud of their work 
• Reliable, professional, and genuinely friendly with clients
• Able to work independently while still being a great team player
• Adaptable, positive, and proactive
• In possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle (this is non-negotiable — you’ll be driving between homes daily)
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Previous residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training.
