Account Executive

Description Prospect and develop new local business relationships on an ongoing basis Conduct needs analysis with business owners and decision makers Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions Sell across radio, streaming, podcast, and digital platforms Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals Maintain consistent client contact and provide exceptional customer service Collaborate with programming, promotions, and digital teams to execute campaigns Attend station events, remotes, and client functions as needed Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales documentationEnsure accounts are properly approved and paid in a timely manner Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills Competitive drive and self-motivation Ability to build relationships and earn trust quickly Resilience and comfort working toward performance goals Coachable mindset and willingness to implement feedback Strong organizational and follow-through skills Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Physical Requirements Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate computer keys and general office equipment (Computer, telephone, copier, etc.) Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing Ability to hear and speak clearly and follow both oral and written direction The Company may make reasonable accommodations to facilitate the ability to perform essential job functions #J-18808-Ljbffr
