Reports To: Chef Kitchen Manager

Great burgers don't start on the grill they start with you. As a Prep Cook at Harriet's Hamburgers, you're the foundation of everything we serve. From house-made pickles and sauces to fresh-cut produce, the care you put in before the doors open is what makes every guest's meal worth coming back for. What You'll Do
- Prep fresh ingredients daily wash, peel, chop, slice, and portion produce
- Make our house-made items from scratch: pickles, sauces, fresh juices, and more
- Measure and assemble ingredients so the line runs smoothly during service
- Label, date, and store all food properly and safely
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for anything
- Help with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts
- Work as one team with the rest of the kitchen crew
What We're Looking For
- Prep or kitchen experience is a plus but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter more
- Comfort with (or eagerness to learn) standard kitchen equipment
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes consistently
- Stamina to stay on your feet and keep pace in a busy kitchen
- Reliability and the ability to manage your prep list without constant supervision
- A team-first, hospitality-minded attitude kindness is on the menu here, too
