Leasing Consultant

Job Description Job Description Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant in Carson with Expertise in Finding and Screening High-Quality tenants for a future anticipated opportunity.
Compensation
Up to $23.00 per hour/40 hours per week
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal
Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the communitys features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Energetic, fun-going personality and excellent people skills. Exceptional leasing, sales and marketing skills.
Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
Proficient with Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe a plus
One weekend day is required.
