The Role:

• Location: Santa Rosa, CA
• Assignment duration: 11/19/2026 - Ongoing
• Shift Type: 24-hour in-house call (Call only)
• Shift Times: 8am-8am
• Cases: Labor & delivery, Emergency Department, and inpatient consultations (OB and GYN)
• Provider will be in-house for all 24 hours (8am-8am). A call room is provided on campus.
• Expected need: Ongoing - approximately 5-10 shifts per month (weekend and weekday shifts)
• Patient Encounters Per Shift: 3-5
• Number of deliveries per year per physician: 364
• Responsibilities: Supervise and provide backup for Family Medicine and CNM deliveries, perform C-sections, respond to obstetric emergencies, and cover the OB Hospitalist program (no office coverage).
• Consultation backup: UCSF consult available 24/7
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
