Our culture is collaborative, driven, and focused on doing meaningful work that creates real value.Qualities We Want in YouTeam player • excellent written and verbal communicator • tech savvy • strategic thinker • service-oriented • motivated • self-disciplined • professional • adaptable in a fast-paced environment • works independently with minimal supervision • strong work ethic • detail-oriented • organized • dependable • approachable • supportive • committed to continuous improvement • trusted advisor • strong desire to develop and support employeesResponsibilities:Human Resources OperationsServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace mattersSupport employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employeesAssist with talent acquisition, interviews, and on-site onboarding of new team membersAssist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and engagement programsCoordinate benefits administration, enrollments, updates, and employee communicationsSupport immigration compliance and work authorization processesAdminister HR programs, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment lawsSupport the employee-facing SharePoint site and HR communicationsAssist with handbook updates, policy development, and process improvementsGenerate HR reports, audits, and workforce metrics as neededMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systemsOffice Administration & Employee SupportAssist with office operations, supplies, and vendor coordinationCoordinate employee meetings, events, recognition programs, and company activitiesAssist with special projects and cross-functional initiativesPerform other duties as assignedWhat We Require:EducationAssociate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experienceExperience with benefit administrationExperience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and complianceExperience in a technology or professional services environment preferredSkillsStrong knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and applicable employment lawsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Paylocity experience is a plusStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships across all levels of the organizationHigh degree of professionalism and customer-service orientationCandidates are required to complete a drug test and background check
