Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a growing team in a high-volume support environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience in order entry, inventory coordination, or product-based customer support. You will play a key role as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order placement through resolution. What You'll Do Manage 50-100 customer tickets daily, primarily via email Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system Validate inventory and coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and professional communication What We're Looking For Experience in order entry, customer support, or a product-based environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage ambiguity and think critically to solve problems Proven ability to handle high-volume workloads and prioritize effectively Key Details Fully onsite, Monday through Friday Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Location: Indianapolis, IN LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
