Occupational Therapy Assistant

Addus Family company seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support clients in home and community settings. Under the direction of a licensed OT, you’ll implement personalized treatment plans to improve safety, independence, and quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic activities, assisting with ADL training, documenting progress, and educating clients and caregivers. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, uphold regulatory and company standards, and contribute to a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement.
