Estate & Administration Paralegal

A growing elder law and estate planning firm in Jupiter, FL, is seeking an experienced Estate & Administration Paralegal to support attorneys with probate, trust administration, estate planning, and elder law matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients and families during sensitive legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with probate and trust administration matters
• Prepare legal documents, court filings, and correspondence
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and client communications
• Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and clients
• Support attorneys with estate planning and elder law cases

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of estate planning, probate, or trust administration experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Florida probate procedures is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Jupiter, FL

Salary and Other Compensation:

The base salary for this position is between $70,000 – $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
