We are looking to add a qualified, full-time, Paralegal to our amazing team.

Qualifications:

-          3 to 5 years experience working with cases in pre-suit and/or litigation.

-          Able to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite and Legal Document Management Software.

-          Excellent writing and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-          Prepare all exhibits for trial, redaction of medical records and bills, trial notebook and blow-up requests to vendors.

-          Prepare Complaint, Summonses, Initial Interrogatories, Request to Produce, Request for Admissions.

-          Send letters to clients when needed.

-          Preparation of damages summary.

-          Prepare and update medical chronology for deposition, mediation and trial.

-          Prepare witness lists, exhibit lists for trial

-          Coordinate and schedule Mock Jurys

-          Prepare Jury instructions and verdict forms

-          Attend trial with attorney as needed.
