Job Details Job Title: Legal Assistant (Entry-Level / Trainable) Location: North Palm Beach, FL (On-site) Pay Rate: 18.00 to 20.00 per hour (Based on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Start Date: Immediate / Right Away Shifts: First Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Education: High School Qualifications Coachability & trainability: Willingness to learn legal terminology, processes, and office systems; accepts and applies constructive feedback. Team player attitude: Collaborative, helpful, and enjoys contributing to a supportive team environment. Flexibility: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Professional communication: Verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for client interaction. Tech‑savvy: Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and an ability to quickly learn new software. Prior experience in an administrative support role, office setting, or baseline legal support environment is a plus; green candidates are encouraged. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, routing calls, and greeting clients. Organize, digitize, and maintain legal files, documents, and case records. Draft basic correspondence, legal documents, and forms (training will be provided). Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and monitor important deadlines. Maintain a flexible approach—willing to step in and help out the team with various office duties whenever needed.
