Trade Operations Analyst — Systems & Compliance

Motive Partners

Wilshire is seeking a Sr. Analyst to join our Trade Operations team in a hybrid model based in Pittsburgh or Santa Monica. You will handle trade life cycle tasks, system maintenance, and onboarding of brokers and custodians while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. The role requires 0–2 years of experience in trading or trade operations, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Motive Partners
