Logistics Team Lead (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities Technical and disciplinary leadership of the logistics team at both locations Managing and prioritizing operational processes in goods receipt, warehousing, and shipping Coordinating task allocation and supporting the team in daily operations Acting as the contact person for operational matters and as an interface to production, quality, and project management Monitoring ongoing orders and reporting relevant KPIs and deviations Conducting training sessions and maintaining process and training documentation Supporting the optimization and digitalization of logistics processes Your Profile Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, materials management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field Professional experience in a production environment with international suppliers and customers Initial leadership experience or a strong willingness to take on a leadership role Knowledge of international transport and customs processes (road, air, and sea freight, import/export) Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to provide operational support and collaborate closely with internal interfaces and projects What we offer Modern personnel management as a key component of our corporate philosophy Security and the opportunity to grow with the company Freedom and space for your own ideas Further development opportunities for your personal and professional growth A dynamic and motivated team in which everyone is an important part of our success and is valued accordingly #J-18808-Ljbffr UniverCell Holding GmbH
