Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

This practice centers on defending businesses that power economic growth-including manufacturers, distributors, and commercial enterprises -in complex, high-exposure litigation. Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in complex civil litigation , with exposure to product liability, toxic torts, or commercial disputes . This role offers hands-on experience in sophisticated, high-stakes matters and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned trial attorneys recognized for their results in complex litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex litigation, with a focus on product liability, toxic tort, and commercial litigation matters
• Conduct detailed case investigations, including fact and expert development
• Draft and argue pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop trial strategy for high-exposure cases
• Prepare all matters as though they will proceed to trial

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience (product liability, toxic tort, or commercial litigation strongly preferred)
• Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience handling cases independently or with increasing responsibility
• Deposition, motion practice, and expert discovery experience preferred
