About the role: We're looking for a Sales Support Analyst on behalf of our client. This is an 11-months contract assignment (W-2). You would have a passion for making a difference in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. We will expect you to support direct and/or indirect sales activities for most deregulated markets. You will conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision-making within the team. Responsibilities and processes you will involve include custom pricing requests, processing commercial sales agreements, and setting up prospects and accounts, amongst others. You will be based in Houston, Texas. You will report to the Sales Support Manager. As the client continues to grow, they want an experienced individual with a winning attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers
• Analyze inbound requests for proposals
• Account set up
• Gathering usage data
• Managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes
• Any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met and accurately
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments
• Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility

Qualifications:

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent
• Experience: 2 years
• Helpful Qualifications: Written Communications and Verbal Communications, Financial Analysis

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.00/hr. to $30.00/hr.
