Global Transition Lead- Enterprise Portfolio Solutions, Leasing Advisory

Position Title Global Transition Lead – Enterprise Portfolio Solutions Key Responsibilities Lead accountability for all Portfolio Solutions transitions, serving as the primary point of engagement with client leadership and early onboarded account leadership. Oversee the transition plan to ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments. Coordinate and collaborate with work‑stream leads (HR, Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management/Brokerage, Leasing Advisory, Commercial, Business Technology) to secure timely delivery of required information. Define and align transition scope with contractual documents, escalating scope differences or change requests as needed. Monitor progress toward implementation dates and stay on schedule, reporting status to senior stakeholders. Ensure a smooth handover from transition to the account team and clearly define roles and responsibilities during the stabilization phase. Maintain accountability for transition, stabilization, and optimization protocols, including communications and meetings. Communicate onboarding objectives, deliverable status, and success criteria to all key stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Identify risks through probing questions and develop timely solutions in partnership with relevant JLL teams. Lead transition meetings and facilitate issue, risk, and progress identification. Monitor and manage transition budgets, ensuring financial performance remains within approved limits. Lead stabilization and optimization after transition, creating plans to complete contractual obligations not achieved during transition. Support transition activities for sales pursuits, including content creation, presentation attendance, and sales pipeline participation. Drive process‑improvement initiatives with leadership to increase efficiency and effectiveness of client onboarding. Build long‑term partnerships with senior leaders across portfolios to support new client onboarding. Collaborate with consulting, change managers, and cross‑functional teams to facilitate change‑management activities and adoption. Required Qualifications 10–15 years of experience with continuous improvement and/or business partnering, including program management and problem‑solving. Experience as a former Account Director or senior leader of large accounts with successful onboarding, renewal, or expansion. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field. Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills with a process‑driven approach. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving ability. Effective communication and active listening skills; ability to influence across all levels. Capability to work with key stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and teams with clear expectations. Strong relationship‑building skills; proactive and self‑directed work habits. Leadership qualities, including conflict/issue resolution. Ability to travel 20–30% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Transaction Management and/or brokerage experience in similar roles. Experience collaborating with Leasing Advisory teams and understanding transaction workflows. Account or TM leadership experience. Change‑management certification (Prosci or LaMarsh preferred). Benefits Competitive salary range of $225,000–$275,000per year. 401(k) plan with company match.
