**Annual Compensation :** $120,000 - $180,000 per year

**Commitment:** Full-time (40 hours/week)

**Probation:** 2 months

## **About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Smart Contract Engineer to design, develop, test, and secure production-ready smart contracts powering our Web3 gaming ecosystem.

## **Responsibilities**

* Design and develop secure Solidity smart contracts.
* Build and maintain DeFi, NFT, and GameFi protocols.
* Develop reusable smart contract libraries.
* Implement comprehensive automated testing.
* Optimize gas efficiency and contract performance.
* Perform security reviews and collaborate with auditors.
* Integrate smart contracts into Web3 applications.
* Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.

## **Required Skills**

* Solidity.
* Foundry.
* Hardhat.
* OpenZeppelin.
* Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chains.
* Smart contract architecture.
* DeFi protocols.
* NFT standards.
* GameFi ecosystems.
* Strong understanding of blockchain security.

## **Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience deploying production smart contracts.
* Smart contract auditing experience.
* Multi-chain deployment experience.
* Open-source Solidity contributions.
* Passion for blockchain gaming.

## **What We're Looking For**

We're seeking engineers who have built and deployed real blockchain applications, not just experimental projects. Experience with production systems, security best practices, and decentralized architectures is highly valued.
