Work Model #LI-OnSite (4 days a week)WHAT YOU WILL DOConduct on-site financial reviews of new and existing commercial borrowersReview books, records, accounting systems, and bank activity for accuracy and reliabilityAnalyze cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and balance sheet integrityPerform bank reconciliations and assess true available cashIdentify financial weaknesses, trends, and risk indicatorsRecommend financial statement and working capital adjustmentsPrepare concise field examination and credit review reportsSupport risk grading, watchlist/criticized asset decisionsProvide independent financial analysis for workouts, restructurings, and special situationsPartner with Commercial Risk, Credit, and Legal while maintaining second-line independenceHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE8+ years of commercial credit, financial analysis, field exams, or risk oversight in Dealer Financial Services, Commercial Banking, Commercial Credit Review or Forensic AccountingBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldCPA, CFE or CFA a plusDeep understanding of cash flow, liquidity, and working capitalStrong experience with Credit risk grading frameworksComfortable conducting borrower on-site reviewsClear, confident communicator with strong judgmentAbility to engage with senior leadership and borrower management teamsExperience with criticized assets or special situations a plusAbility to travel and conduct assessments on site at dealer locationsWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEAt HCA, we know our success starts with our people.
