Job Summary

The Service Desk Representative II maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. They also perform limited network maintenance.

Essential Functions

Install, maintain, setup, troubleshoot and configure PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals (45%)
Perform imaging system administration (15%)
Open/Close and update work history via the Helpdesk application (10%)
Backup/Restore user profiles and data (10%)
Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software (10%)
Adhere to naming standards and labeling of all assets (5%)
Adhere to Helpdesk standards and procedures to ensure priorities and goals are met (5%)

Required Skills, Attributes & Education

Associates degree in information technology or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing computers.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook, SAP, Antivirus
Good understanding of networking
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Fluent Korean speaker desired
Certifications:

Preferred – A+
Preferred – Microsoft Windows technical certification.

Pay Range - $21/hour to $28/hour
