Key Responsibilities Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and directs family-centered care for individuals or groups within their scope of practice. Delivers care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs across all ages and developmental stages. Performs leadership, professional duties, and patient-centered care activities. Engages in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices. Supports staff education, precepts new employees, and mentors clinical staff. Collaborates with providers to ensure efficient, high-quality care and excellent customer service, especially for pediatric patients. Utilizes systems-based practices, informatics, and technology tools effectively. May be temporarily assigned to different areas based on patient needs. Performs additional duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Leadership, guidance, and motivation skills to foster teamwork and quality care. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities. Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience with various organizational levels and healthcare settings preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records (preferred). Education & Licensing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent within five years of hire. Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio. Minimum of one year of relevant healthcare experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
