Over time, you will not simply be part of their child's school. You will become woven into the way they experience this chapter of their family's journey. This level of trust is not built through process. It is earned through presence - daily, steady, unhurried. You will be seen at morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, at the evening gatherings that hold significance, and in the spontaneous one-on-one exchanges that never appear on a schedule.
