  • Track and maintain documentation supporting staff licensure, credentialing, privileging, and required VA training
  • Coordinate clinic supply, equipment, and facilities needs with Contractor and VA/landlord points of contact
  • Support oversight of administrative workflows, including scheduling accuracy, EHR/CPRS data integrity, and patient access metrics
  • Communicate the Contractor's staffing plan to the VA when patient panels approach capacity thresholds, in accordance with PCMM staffing standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license; graduate of an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited school of professional nursing
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare administration, clinic/practice management, or outpatient operations supervision
