You will work directly with the Operator and leadership team to coach, develop, and lead the FOH team, ensuring that every touchpoint with our guests is handled with intentional service and operational excellence. Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new FOH team members Set clear goals for the team, work toward achieving them, and celebrate wins Develop, coach, and mentor team members for growth in their roles and future leadership Provide regular feedback, recognition, and accountability Conduct shift huddles and leadership meetings to align and energize the team Represent the FOH at leadership meetings Operational Excellence Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times Ensure FOH operations run smoothly, including front counter, dining room, curbside, and third-party pickups Be highly competent with mobile app functions and assist guests with ease Assist with cash management, inventory control, and catering operations Confirm daily and weekly checklists are completed with excellence Monitor systems and implement improvements for greater efficiency and guest satisfaction Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with care and urgency Team Support Support the team in daily FOH operations: Greet guests warmly and make emotional connections Take orders at the register and expedite meals Deliver curbside orders with enthusiasm Maintain cleanliness and restock inventory Prepare drinks, desserts, and milkshakes Assist with catering orders Manage assigned till with accuracy Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements: A natural passion for serving and helping others A desire to grow and help others grow Warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic communication style Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate Effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment Cheerful, team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable High attention to detail and commitment to excellence Proficient with technology and mobile apps Ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Maintain adherence to Chick-fil-A standards and dress code at all times Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
