About the Role:

Sileto Technologies LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician I to join our growing team in Hialeah, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technical work in a dynamic and collaborative lab environment. We are looking for a reliable Laboratory Technician to join our small polymer concrete manufacturing team. You will support day-to-day production, test concrete specimens, keep inventory and assist with process improvements. Training on our specific materials and methods will be provided.

Responsibilities

· Help with the production of concrete samples for research purposes

· Help build custom molds

· Maintain the workplace in orderly and clean conditions

· Maintain inventory of materials and consumables

· Communicate effectively any issues with concrete samples to help improve the products

· Support general production and shop activities

Critical Abilities

· Comfortable and competent with power tools and hand tools

· Ability to measure precisely and work accurately

· Basic understanding of chemistry

· Strong teamwork skills

· Good record-keeping habits

· Ability to lift more than 50 lbs regularly

· Safety-oriented mindset

· Proactive and willing to learn and grow within the company

Preferred Experience (a plus, not required)

· Masonry, carpentry, or mechanic background

· Bilingual Preferred (Spanish & English) but not required.
