• Assist with specimen collection while preparing samples for analysis as necessary.
• Meticulously document all processes, train new staff or students, and aid in maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health qualification, coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) attained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
