Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot anomalies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and the preparation of samples as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new personnel or students, and uphold high-quality laboratory standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year from the start date.
• Maintain your certification throughout the duration of employment.
