Miami Primary Care Physician Needed- Spanish speaking required
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician to join a growing, patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations.
Highlights include:
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Average patient volume of 15-18 patients per day
• Minimal, rotational call responsibilities
• Collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support
• Base salary up to $260,000
- Annual bonus opportunity up to 20%
- Total Earning Potential $311,000
- Malpractice with tail coverage
- 4 weeks PTO
- $3,000 annual CME allowance and dedicated CME time
- 401(k), medical, dental, and vision benefits
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, experienced in value-based care, and passionate about delivering high-quality, relationship-driven medicine. Physicians who enjoy working closely with interdisciplinary teams and caring for senior populations will thrive in this environment.
