Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Neuroscience Sales Specialist in Portland, Oregon to drive demand for neuroscience medications through clinical selling and territory management. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers and achieving sales objectives in a specialized therapeutic area.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand generation for Caplyta and InVega Sustenna through clinical selling and product differentiation
- Develop and execute territory coverage plans that maximize access to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Create customer-specific selling approaches aligned with practitioner perspectives and institutional philosophies
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales leadership, market access, operations, and training teams
- Meet sales performance goals, call plan attainment, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Valid driver's license from one of the fifty United States
- Minimum five years sales experience with three years in healthcare sales
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to travel up to 30% overnight/weekend
- Current residence in Portland area or willingness to relocate
- Proven track record influencing key stakeholders in competitive environments (preferred)
- Specialty sales experience in related therapeutic areas (preferred)
