Senior Living Facilities Manager - Maintenance & Operations

Sunrise of Wayne

Sunrise Senior Living in New York City is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, families and team members. You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to requests, manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and life safety equipment, train staff, and contribute to budgets while ensuring OSHA compliance and high standards of safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunrise Senior Living
