Software Developer – Full Stack & Embedded SystemsPhase Technologies is seeking a software developer to contribute to both our internal business systems and our growing IoT product line. You'll work across PhaseOps (our internal React/Node/MongoDB/PostgreSQL platform) and Phase Connect (our industrial telemetry and connectivity product).ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain features in PhaseOps, our internal full-stack web platform used across sales, operations, and support.Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in Node.js backed by MongoDB and PostgreSQL.Contribute to Phase Connect, our industrial IoT product — depending on where the product needs the most support, this means either mobile app development or embedded firmware development.Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering teams to define and deliver features.Help bridge data between field devices and internal business systems.Required Skills & ExperienceFull-stack JavaScript — React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend.Database experience — MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.REST API design and integration — building, consuming, and debugging.Version control — Git, including branching and pull request workflows.Embedded or low-level development experience — prior work in device firmware (C/C++) or kernel-level development is a real advantage.
