POSITION – Payroll Clerk
JOB LOCATION – Green Bay, WI
STARTING DATE – ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM – DIRECT HIRE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – Based on experience
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – Associate’s Degree in Accounting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 2+ years
Background Profile:
- Process payroll across multiple states
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
- Complete annual payroll and tax reporting
- Conduct payroll audits
- Reconcile discrepancies
- Assist other departments as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll tax reporting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using payroll software such as QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or Acumatica
- Bonus: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
