We are hiring General Managers for several Subway locations in Washington County Arkansas. Requires a minimum of 44 hours a week. Applicants must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean record. General Manager requires experienced management skills including scheduling, profit analysis, customer service, training new team, hiring new team, interviewing new team, paperwork deadlines, covering shifts, bank deposits, cash balancing, and many more management skills. Benefits include monthly earned bonuses, biannual earned bonuses, sick pay(after 90 days), earned vacation pay (after one year), holiday pay (after 90 days), health/vision/dental insurance with employer contributions, company phone, earned paycheck tips. We have 35+ years of experience as a local multi-generational family owned business. No grease, flexible schedules and pleasant atmosphere. Offering a $500 signing bonus after 6 months as General Manager without any performance issues.
