About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Client Executive Services professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding world-class client accounts, as well as participating in the procurement of new business. This role requires the individual to be an industry expert, a thought leader, and a resource within the business insurance division. The Senior Client Executive Services will also take on an expanded role in client relationships, act as a leader for the service team, and coordinate with marketing and risk & loss colleagues as needed. Applicants must have a successful work history of 10-15 years with world-class clients, a strong educational background, and a history of increasing levels of responsibility in the relevant field. Essential duties include overseeing account service activities, providing strategic analysis, designing complex insurance programs, and developing strong relationships with underwriters and marketing. The role demands a high degree of organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and a proactive approach to client service. The candidate should be adept at engaging in complex claims situations, managing client interactions, and meeting service commitments. Advanced insurance designations and a Bachelor's degree are strongly preferred, along with excellent communication skills, independent decision-making, and project management abilities.
