Associate Account Executive - Grand Rapids & Lansing, MI - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgery

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Account Executive for surgical medical technologies in the Grand Rapids and Lansing, Michigan markets. The role involves expanding sales of surgical products, demonstrating proper use in operating rooms, and executing the sales cycle while supporting the regional sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Expand Ethicon surgical product sales and convert competitive accounts per company policy
- Demonstrate proper preparation and use of surgical products in operating room settings
- Execute professional sales presentations and manage customer objections using trained methodology
- Provide case coverage and assist surgeons with strategic product selection
- Maintain compliance with business conduct policies and clinical knowledge standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–2 years of business experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to travel overnight and/or relocate as needed
- Operating room access and comfort working in clinical settings
