Petland is looking for Dynamic People in Chicagoland. We have three beautiful stores, located in Hoffman Estates, Bolingbrook and Batavia, and have some tremendous career opportunities for the right individuals. We are currently hiring full-time Sales Managers. The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for holding the staff accountable and making sure they are providing great customer service while fulfilling all the needs of the animals. In this role, you will be expected to clean up after animals, interact with customers, monitor and motivate staff, and meet store expectations. A positive attitude and attention to detail is absolutely required. Prior retail management experience is required. Hourly Management Pay ranges from $11 - $20+/hr with sales incentives. We offer our employees a unique and fun working environment, competitive pay, and significant employee discounts. To qualify for a management role, you should have three years experience in retail management with an emphasis on improving employee performance. Our store is open 7 days a week from 10am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sundays, so you must be able to work evenings and weekends.
