Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and access-control needs, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused corporate location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals to appropriate locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: CPR/First Aid is preferred. Loss Prevention is preferred. Alarm Panel Experience is preferred. Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
