Job Description PCI is seeking an experienced Receptionist for its PCI Seattle 552 administration operations based in Woodinville, WA . This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Answering incoming calls, greeting guests at the door, monitoring Voicemail Branch support/back up on various administrative tasks Electronically filing documents Branch Maintenance (Permits, Licenses, Repairs, Printers) Mail/Shipments Lunch orders, Office/Jobsite Supply Orders & Restock Device Set Up/IT Service tickets Pay range: $22 - $28/hour. Basic Requirements 1 Years of experience At least 2-year professional work experience in any field Education requirement N/A Work authorization: Authorized to work in the US. Must possess advanced proficiency with Customer Service Ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught Must have critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask Preferred Requirements Experience with Excel preferred Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Working knowledge of cloud‑based filing systems/Box This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
