Caregiver Responsibilities: Assist with personal care while preserving dignity and respect Support daily routines, mobility, transfers, and safety Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor client well-being and communicate with the care team Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities Deliver reliable, individualized care based on each client's needs What We're Looking For in a Continuum Caregiver Previous caregiving experience required Open availability, including some evenings and/or weekends preferred Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Passion for providing outstanding care to seniors Flexibility to accept a variety of shifts and client assignments Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current auto insurance Successful completion of background screening Ability to assist with mobility and transfers using assistive devices Strong verbal and written communication skills Join a Team That Values You At Continuum, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do.
