Qualifications:  

\n

\n
• Degree:  MD, DO.
\n
• Certifications:  IM/Nephrology BC/BE
\n
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Illinois State Medical License and DEA
\n
• Open to new grads and experienced physicians.
\n
• All visas accepted except J1 waivers.
\n
