As the Assisant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting our growing company. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the sports bar, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes, maintaining optimal stock levels for food and beverage services.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Plan and coordinate large sporting events, maximizing guest engagement and revenue.
- Work closely with upper management to strategize and support the growth of the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within a high-volume restaurant or sports bar environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
